No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use in any way, even partially, elements from the Ten Seconds website. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited. The client refrains from reselling, in any form and at any price, a program or service acquired from Ten Seconds. The Client agrees not to post illegal, defamatory, offensive, or obscene comments/exchanges, and that they will not contain computer viruses or other malicious software that could affect the operation of the Ten Seconds service. The Client is entirely responsible for their comments posted during exchanges and their accuracy. Ten Seconds assumes no responsibility and disclaims any commitment regarding comments/exchanges published by the Client or a third party.
The services used by the Client/user will be provided immediately upon the final validation of their registration on Ten Seconds, under the conditions specified in these Terms of Use. Ten Seconds services are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. A potential client may freely "browse" the site(s) and exit without payment if the offered Ten Seconds services do not suit them. The General Terms of Use (GTU) determine the conditions applicable to service provisions carried out by Ten Seconds on behalf of a client/user. The service is defined as an online chat activity without recording the content of exchanges to preserve users' privacy. Any exchange will be automatically erased from the Ten Seconds system ten minutes after ten seconds.
The user acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to inquire with the appropriate authorities to determine whether they have the legal right to use the 10Seconds application in their jurisdiction. By using this application, the user affirms that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
