10 Seconds does not offer a commercial money-back guarantee, a refundable trial period, or a voluntary right of withdrawal.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, validly concluded orders are final and payments are non-refundable. A change of mind, non-use, occasional use, or a decision to stop using the service does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.
This principle applies to both card and cryptocurrency payments, without affecting your statutory rights.
Enterprise packs provide multiple service accesses (5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 or 1000 seats) according to the features, duration, and limits displayed at checkout. They are available to both consumers and business customers.
Your status as a consumer or business customer depends on the actual purpose and circumstances of your purchase under applicable law. Purchasing an Enterprise pack does not, by itself, constitute a business purchase or a waiver of consumer rights.
Unless mandatory law or an express commitment made at the time of sale provides otherwise, leaving some or all sub-accounts within an Enterprise pack unused does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.
10 Seconds does not grant any withdrawal right beyond those required by applicable law. Where mandatory law grants you a withdrawal right, you may exercise it under the conditions and within the time limits established by that law, notwithstanding our establishment in the United Arab Emirates.
In particular, where EU consumer rules governing distance service contracts apply, consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any statutory extension of this period remains applicable.
Logging in, activating the service, or creating an Enterprise pack sub-account does not, by itself, extinguish a statutory withdrawal right.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send an unequivocal statement to contact@10seconds.io. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, or any clear written statement with the same information.
Your notice must be sent before the applicable deadline expires. Its validity does not depend on prior approval or processing by our support team.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires. This request must be obtained before early performance begins and does not constitute a general waiver of your withdrawal right.
If you subsequently withdraw, an amount proportionate to the service actually provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal may be payable, but only where applicable law permits this and the required information and consent requirements have been satisfied.
For continuous access supplied over a fixed contractual period, this amount is normally calculated in proportion to the period of service provided compared with the total contractual duration, subject to applicable legal requirements.
No flat activation fee or withdrawal penalty is automatically charged. Where the legal conditions for charging for early performance are not met, no amount is deducted for use during the withdrawal period.
Our no-voluntary-refund policy does not exclude statutory remedies for failure to supply the service, lack of conformity, duplicate billing, amounts charged in error, or unauthorized payments.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include correction of an error, bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction, termination of the contract, or a refund. Prior activation or use does not eliminate these rights.
A refund legally owed to you is not conditional on our first recovering commissions paid to affiliates, partners, or referral agents.
Requests may be sent to contact@10seconds.io. To help us identify your purchase, please provide:
No reason is required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. The absence of an invoice number does not invalidate a notice where the purchase can be identified by other means.
Any necessary verification is limited to identifying the transaction, preventing fraud, and meeting applicable legal obligations. We never request your password, private key, wallet recovery phrase, or conversation contents to process a refund.
Where a withdrawal right under applicable EU rules is exercised, we reimburse the amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject only to deductions permitted by law.
Other refunds are processed within applicable statutory deadlines. Where no specific legal deadline applies, an approved refund is executed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after approval.
Processing fees charged to us by our payment providers are not deducted where the law requires us to bear those costs. A legally required refund will not be replaced with a voucher or service credit without your valid agreement.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method and applicable law permits it.
Card refunds are normally credited to the card used for the original payment, via Stripe. The time taken for the credit to appear may depend on the financial institution involved, without affecting our legal obligations.
Before a cryptocurrency refund is sent, the asset, network, and receiving address are verified with you. A refund is not automatically sent to the originating address, as that address may belong to an exchange or intermediary and may not support a successful return to you.
Where the contractual price is denominated in euros and paid in cryptocurrency, the refund is determined by reference to the euro amount legally due. The conversion rate, its source, and the time of conversion are disclosed before execution and are subject to your agreement where required.
If this method cannot lawfully or technically be used, an alternative is agreed with you without reducing your rights or extending applicable statutory deadlines. No refund fee is charged to you where prohibited by law.
We encourage you to contact contact@10seconds.io so that we can seek a prompt resolution. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising your rights with your bank, payment provider, a competent authority, or a court.
Opening a payment dispute does not automatically result in account suspension.
Where non-payment or a concrete fraud risk justifies an access restriction, we may take proportionate action within the limits of the contract and applicable law. We notify you unless legally prohibited or prevented by a justified security requirement.
You retain a means of contacting support and obtaining payment records. Any unjustified restriction is lifted without undue delay. The same payment cannot be refunded twice.
Cancelling a subscription, stopping its renewal, and obtaining a refund are three separate actions. Subject to your statutory rights and the terms of the offer, deciding to stop using the service does not entitle you to a refund for a period already purchased.
If an offer includes automatic renewal, its frequency, price, and cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase. Consent, notices, and cancellation methods required by applicable law must be respected.
This policy does not, by itself, authorize automatic renewal or any additional payment.
Subject to mandatory applicable rules, this policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived, including those of their country of habitual residence where the conditions for their application are met.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Dubai where applicable jurisdiction rules permit. This provision does not impose exclusive jurisdiction on a consumer who is legally entitled to bring proceedings before another court.
You retain the right to contact competent authorities and use dispute-resolution mechanisms available to you under applicable law.
The version communicated at the time of your order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. Subsequent changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
