Our Commitment

Sterling and Pierce Holding L.L.C-FZ is committed to publishing regular transparency reports as part of its obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA) and as a matter of good practice for an encrypted communications platform. These reports inform users about government and law enforcement requests received, how they are handled, and what data the Publisher is technically capable of providing.

This inaugural report covers the period from platform launch in July 2024 through March 2026.

Technical Reality

As described in our Law Enforcement Guidelines, the Software's architecture fundamentally limits available data:

Message content: Technically inaccessible — end-to-end encrypted, never stored in decryptable form on the Publisher's infrastructure
Conversation history: Does not exist — server RAM purged on session termination (maximum 30 minutes)
Account metadata: Available to the Publisher and disclosed only pursuant to valid legal process

Warrant Canary

As of the publication date of this report, Sterling and Pierce Holding L.L.C-FZ:

Has not received any national security letter, secret court order, or equivalent instrument
Has not been required to install any backdoor, surveillance capability, or wiretap in the Software
Has not been compelled to provide real-time access to its systems to any government authority
Has not received any demand it is prohibited from disclosing

This canary will be updated or removed if circumstances change. The absence of this section in a subsequent report should be interpreted as a meaningful change.
